2006-2011
I worked remotely for a company in Ankara, developing desktop applications, including the "Visitor Tracking Project" using C#, DevExpress, and MSSQL. This project streamlined visitor management for business centers with features like visitor card issuance, entry-exit tracking, and reporting. I also developed "Kuaförüm," a software for hairdressers to track customers, automate care schedules, and manage pre-accounting. Additionally, I gained experience in accounting transactions while working with LOGO, an accounting program. Beyond desktop applications, I created and maintained live radio websites, including my own (Radyo Mavim), leveraging my amateur musician background. I also developed static web pages using DreamWeaver, HTML, and CSS.

I started my own company, focusing on custom projects and handling all aspects independently, which greatly enhanced my experience. I developed www.sahakolay.com, a comprehensive platform connecting individuals and institutions to rent sports fields, featuring admin panels, a mobile app (Android/iOS), and a user-facing web project. I created the official website for the National Lottery Chamber of Turkey, websites for tourism companies with package purchase options, and a car rental platform with real-time availability queries. Notable projects include www.maviradyo.com (a live broadcast internet radio), the Ministry of Health's www.asikpasaasm.com, and www.mozaikkebap.com, where my SEO efforts significantly boosted the business’s visibility and revenue.
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
2015 - 2017
I worked as a Senior Software Developer and later as a Scrum Master, managing 9 projects simultaneously and overseeing the entire system structure. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining embedded software, frontend (Angular), backend, and mobile applications. I developed 4 mobile apps (2 Android, 2 iOS) for the system, maintained the core telemetry software, and created an embedded software testing tool. Key technologies I used included Java, C#, Oracle, DevExtreme, Swift, and Angular. A significant project was ATS https://ats.saglik.gov.tr , a nationwide system for the Ministry of Health that monitors and records real-time cold chain temperatures for vaccines and anti-serums, with alerts via SMS, email, or calls to ensure product safety.

I worked as a Senior Software Developer at Marketyo, focusing on front-end improvements using AngularJS and developing e-commerce front-ends for premium clients. I managed live environments with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and created the Marketyo AR application, an augmented reality market game, using Unity. Additionally, I developed two DevExpress XAF projects to support the system's structure. I worked as the CTO and Software Lead for hamilinden.com, a fin-tech project, leading a small remote software team. The main system was developed using .NET WebForms. I also created the first version of the project's Android and iOS applications, along with the initial APIs. In 2020, I founded Duloria Architecture & Engineering, where I developed various innovative projects:
- Fair Application: A mobile app (Android/iOS) to enhance fair experiences, built with .NET Core, Ionic 5, and XAF. Website.
- Thermal Covid Detection Device: A device using a front camera for face mask detection and a thermal sensor for temperature measurement, developed entirely by me using Java.
- Smart Pot Agriculture Project: Hardware that measures soil moisture and irrigates automatically, with a decision tree model developed in collaboration with a lecturer from Kırşehir University.
- Elazığ Municipality Kiosk Project: Developed kiosks with WinForms and Angular, integrating features like water and bus balance payments, debt payment, and POS device integration. The kiosks are still active. Website.
- Dance School Application: Android/iOS apps and an admin panel for dance schools, built with Ionic 5 and XAF. Website, iOS, Android.
